This summer != Slow

Usually I get my reading in during the summer, but with the rediscovery of my soaps: Angel & Charmed, I've been able to only read Satan Burger. It was only 200 pages, but took me a month to read. It's good, but just extremely odd. I think I'm going to work on Invisible Monsters by Chuck next. Afterwards, The Thief Lord; and hopefully Kris has an Eddings' book lined up for me.

Next weekend I had wanted to go to a Renn fair but instead I'm going to CT/Gloucester. We're going to Ommegang on August 21st for their Belgian festival. I've booked the room for Brewstock during Labor Day weekend. I have to book the room for NYC, my birthday present to Kristian. I hope that the Smiling Pumpkin Ale will be up at Hearland Brewery during that time. We're going to hit up the American Museum of Natural History and a comic book shop (they have a frog exhibit that i'm excited to go to).

I wanted to hit up Montreal for my birthday in October but I don't believe Kris is going to go for that. Maybe we'll go to Toronto instead. Perhaps Kris just doesn't want to let me loose in Canada - he knows what trouble I can get into. Especially during Hockey season.

Work's driving me insane in the brain, in the frontal lobe, and in cerebral cortex. I've been feeling off for the past two weeks, due to new meds that I'm taking, though I read that after a month the whole nausea thing disappears. Stupid body chemistry.

I haven't been writing as much, but being that I'm busy at work, it's understandable. I haven't even been playing the Sims, or Frankenstein pinball. Speaking of pinball, the Malta Diner has South Park pinball; the next time I'm there, I'm packing a wad of $1s.
