New York City's new slogan: I love THC. Just thought that I would link something cool today whilst I was reading a newswire for my job. NORML has an ad campaign featuring the mayor of NYC saying he enjoyed smoking pot. I think this is absolutely hysterical. I wonder what Rudy's thinking right now, or is he out back lighting up a spliff?
